This is dependent on your skill level. Some may be able to do 10 and 10 and some 1 and 1. Do as many as you can while maintaining the minutes.

60 Double unders

30 Single arm dumbbell C&J 53/35 (15 on right, 15 on left)

40 Box Jumps 24/20

30 Dumbbell Snatches 53/35

60 Double Unders

Get through as many reps as possible or even rounds.
