Every minute on the minute until failure! Add 1 rep to each after doing a set. So 5,5,5….6,6,6 etc

1- 5 air squats

2- 5 push ups

3 – 5 V ups

Youre total score is a whole round completed. So, if youve completed the sets of 10, but got 10/11 on the push ups, you got 6 rds.
